Lena looks forward to receiving the government-mandated cure that prevents the delirium of love and leads to a safe, predictable, and happy life, until ninety-five days before her eighteenth birthday and her treatment, when she falls in love.
I don't think I was reading the same book as those who rated this book with 4 or more stars. Did I miss something? This book dragged and dragged, I found myself bored at times. I will admit the idea in that LOVE is a disease that destroys people and the only remedy is to be "cured" is actually intriguing, however the book was really slow and I kept loosing interest. The only thing I found myself thinking of more was how much longer I had to read before I was done with this book.
