I was received a recently released audiobook version of this story. While I enjoy Shelly Laurenston's books, I haven't sat down to read this series in order. I grab an available copy here and there.

While I usually enjoy the quirky humor she presents in this series, I found this book to be a bit lacking in both humor and interest. I also found that I did not like Angie's two best friends, who are the heroines in prior stories. Now I can cross those two books off my list of stories I need to read.
