I wasn't impressed, to be honest.I found a lot of things about this first volume to be ‘meh’ at least. It all happened so fast, with so little development. Orphaned 16-year-old inherits house. When she arrives at the house, she finds three squatters living there. Upon meeting one boy, our heroine becomes infatuated with.

I don’t like my main characters in anime and manga to be too innocent or extreme pushovers, but Aoi definitely fit both categories. His behavior is so childish and acts too young for his age that I can’t stand him. She and the three guys in this house have minimal development and are presented abruptly. Do the other two boy characters serve no purpose? For the romance, it felt like they met immediately and fell in love.

The story and characters didn’t grab me until the last three pages. The second volume may interest me, but at this point I am unsure whether I will read it. To be honest, I’d recommend something like Kamisama Kiss instead. Even Kamisama Kiss isn’t my cup of tea.
