Trucks and cars are very important in Kevin's world. He likes them all: the strong workers, like the tractor and the garbage truck; the quick helpers, like the fire engine and the police car; and the regular road vehicles, like the car and the motorcycle. Vroom! There are lots of wheels in this big book of cars. There are also rhymes and questions to make the book really attractive to toddlers. Many young children are fascinated by vehicles, and Kevin is one of them. A lively and informative book for car lovers aged 2 1/2 and up.

I was so excited to read this book with my three year old son! He loves any type of vehicle and I just knew he would love this book.

The rhymes are adorable and very easy to say without stumbling over. I loved the different questions in the book My son isn't very verbal yet, he is a bit behind but the questions make it so the book has a longer shelf life, and will work great now and as he grows and talks more.

In it's own way this book did get my son talking a lot more though. He was repeating words as I listed them off, such as bike, truck, car, etc. It was really great because I have been trying to get him to say bike for what feels like forever.

The illustrations are amazing and he loved pointing to them which led to even more opportunities to get him to talk. I plan to read this book to him regularly and hope it will be key in getting him more verbal and interactive.
