I recieved this book from the author through Booktasters in exchange for my honest review.


This is a bit of a hard read. As someone that has seen domestic violence and other traumatizing events, this hit close to home. It's thought provoking with his stories he has heard through his job as an EMT. I love the fact that he included hotlines throughout the book in case they are needed.

Although there were a lot of typos, I was able to read this book. I feel like I have seen a new deeper side to this topic.
