I didn't realise that this was a novella when I began, so was hugely disappointed when the book ends just as Eli and Zoey's story is taking off (in my opinion). I liked what I read because the protagonists and the secondary characters held my attention along with the setting. However, I don't feel the pull to read Caleb and Cutter's books if they're as short as this.
