This is a fairly unique twist on the classic shifter tale. Dystopian and shifters make it fresh. I liked the characters and really hated the world they lived in which is great for a dystopian. However, the book just didn't grab me for some reason. I can't put my finger on it, but I just wasn't hooked. I had no problem setting the book down and a lot of problems picking it back up. Again, this book is unique and combines that with well written heroes and villains. But for some reason, it didn't really work for me.
