Penny Anderson comes back home to Bandit Creek hoping to find answers to her mother's death that won't implicate her dead father. What she finds instead is her childhood boyfriend and the beginnings of a new relationship.

While the reason for bringing Penny back revolves around her mother's death, the focal point of the story is Penny and Craig's relationship. While both of them initially are skiddish about moving forward from friendship to lovers, they eventually do and that leaves them with more questions about where they go from here.

This was short and sweet, but the ending did leave you hanging wondering what becomes of Penny and Craig. However, it was still an excellent way to spend an hour.
