I can't EVEN with this book. Shortcake was just...if Em was a real person, I would beg her to be my best friend. Her witty inner thoughts alone made the book absolutely hilarious!

Non-spoiler summary: Em is a lot of things, she's short, she feisty, she's witty, and she can place an IV with her eyes closed. What she isn't - a person who cons little old ladies out of their money. Unfortunately, Ben doesn't seem to agree with the latter as he is convinced Em conned his deceased grandmother Rose into leaving her half of his grandmother's estate. To add insult to injury, Rose has left stipulations that must be followed in order for Ben and Em to claim their inheritance.

This enemies to lovers comedy is brutal. I think I said "They are going to kill each other" more times than I can count.
