This has some of Thor's earlier comics, which can be a little hard for some to read, if they are not used to the old way that comics were done. Especially how characters speak every action and thought they want to convey.

I don't usually like Thor but after reading Jason Aaron's Thor and the War of the Realms, I decided to pick this one up to see a little history on Thor and Asgard. There were many early items and people in here that were interesting to see the early history between them and Thor, that I've seen in modern comics.

For what the book was, in showing the early years of the realm and Asgard. I liked it. It could be a bit hard at time in reading all the dialogue on 1 page, but I'm no stranger to reading older comics, so it didn't bother me too much.

If you don't know much about the earlier years of Thor comics, this is good TPB to pick up.
