I saw some rave reviews about this title so I picked it up. I enjoyed the beginning of the book, where Mac confused the Ellie texts, but after that, things felt rushed to me. In two weeks, Ellie and Mac had this clandestine "relationship" full of sexual chemistry, a ton of Ellie trying to pull away while Mac pulled her back in. And then when things got a little tenuous, things fall apart. I didn't understand that and I guess it made me question the validity of their relationship. Others have loved this book, so I'm sure I'm in the minority but this book and I never really connected.
