I must admit that I was in two minds about reading this book, wondering if it might be a little too light for an "I have no triggers" darker than dark romance reader. Well yes, it probably was but that didn't mean it wasn't an enjoyable read.

The storyline was a tad predictable (I'd figured Logan's 'secret' before his first scene ended) but Addy made for a fabulous character - I loved her lack of filter!

It did occur to me that if I were dipping my toe into the world of dark romance, this book would be a great introduction. Whatever the reason you come to read the book, it's good fun and lighthearted even if it does work with some heavy themes.
