This is the novella which starts the spin-off series of Alpha & Omega and introduces us to Anna Latham and finally a chance to get in depth on Charles, who we have heard mentioned in many of the Mercy Thompson books. It is a very interesting story and I love these two characters and how their different personalities blend so well.
