The premise was interesting enough. But I didn’t find anything about the story charming. Not the main girl or the love interest or the magic or the fairy tale aspects. She was abrasive and he was odd and sort of boring. The magic was bland.
Nothing about the story or the characters hooked me enough to keep reading.
