I love this series, I love it I do. And with Cruel Seductions being book 2 in the Cruel Summer series, where picking up right where it left off in Summer Heat. That was like the cliffhanger of all cliffhangers and my heart was shattered all over the floor, after that.
With the tension constantly brewing between Marlo and Ray, we go through another round of them navigating these strong feelings that they still have for one another. Whether it's love or hate, perhaps the combination of the two. I didn't care what it was because I was here for ALL. OF. IT.
