I truly enjoyed getting to know Autumn and Ember - and while I'm usually a little indifferent to stories that follow two couples, it worked really well here!
I got the sisters and how supportive they were towards each other, and I loved both that and them. The romance was also very well done, and I got enough time with each of the couples, so I didn't feel like one of them was left out.
Foster always manages to write characters that are well fleshed out, and I felt like they were all completely tangible here - even side characters had enough characteristics to be realistic, and there were no flat ones that were just there decorating the background.
If you're looking for a story with strong relationships, well rounded characters, and a beautiful arc, The Somerset Girls is for you!
