I have revised my rating for this book from 4 to 5. Since reading the book the first time, I have tried some of the exercises and stretches to help with a few issues and all of them have been helped by the advice given in the book. It doesn't mean this will work for everyone.

This was an interesting read because I had no real idea what the book would be like.

To my surprise, this short volume focuses not only on conditioning for tennis but also on injury prevention and techniques for treating common tennis-related ailments.

Much of the advice makes sense in theory, but of course, I cannot comment much on whether all the methods described are effective. It will take some time of experimenting and following the advice to properly evaluate the techniques.
With respect to one topic, however, I can already say that the advice given with respect to one particular niggle has already helped.
