Wicked Witches Part 1: Girls at Play

Well that was just too short! I didn’t look very carefully at the length before picking up these freebies and was shocked when combined they were less than 50 pages! I really couldn’t see a way to give this a full review as there’s just not enough substance to critique. What really stinks is that this COULD be a great erotica book/series. Amber and Samantha are attending witch school – the little glimpses we get of it, I imagine something very much like Hogwarts – and they’re at the age where they’ve gotten pretty magically proficient and they’re using it to get into all kinds of naughty fun.

Everything has potential for me in the Wicked Witches short (technically it’s two shorts, but I’m review them as one because they read as 1). The way magic works is cool. The characters could be interesting and I think I’d like to know their back stories. The magic erotica works – although one occasion really verges on feeling rape-ish and that didn’t work for me for obvious reasons. Oh and part two says it is BDSM, but I’ve read BDSM and this isn’t it. It wasn’t important to me, but if you’re looking for BDSM, it would disappoint. All in all – If Alison were to turn this into a full length novel, or even a novella, I would pick it up in a heartbeat. As it stands, it’s just TOO short though.
