When Kate Finley falls through some thin ice, she never expected to find herself face to face with Jack Frost, let alone married to him. Afraid of commitment, marriage and love, Kate finds a loophole with Jack that allows her to come back to her world. She's unaware that her separation from Jack has dire consequences, until she finds herself in Denver right before the Winter Solstice and once again face to face with Jack. Can Kate trust in herself and Jack while letting go of the past?

This was a really cute story about finding a second chance at love. The author didn't spend a lot of time on the fairy tale aspect of the story, but instead focused on the emotional connection between Jack and Kate. They both had their own emotional short-comings to get over in order to get their relationship on solid footing, but they were finally able to get there.

A satisfying read and a cute twist on the story of Jack Frost.
