Most of our favorite characters lived on to show up in this book,we meet a couple more but a few new additions are always welcome.

Aliens attacked the old earth in a very violent way,they wanted to take over earth but they attacked as monsters,or really large venomous dogs. In Season 5 it is a new earth,same aliens.This time the aliens realized the hard violence was not the right way.So they choose to infiltrate the minds of influential people there by reaching out to more people.And silently taking over.

Some people you've grown to really like die.Already got the sixth and last season.:)
