I love a good mystery filled with twists, turns and whats and whys. I love a mystery that will keep me hooked until the end, turning page after page. This one hit the nail on the head for me. DL Link is a talented author and their writing style was unique. I enjoyed this crazy ride!

Meeting Mack Macklin was a wild time and I loved every minute of it. His character instantly hooked me and kept me a part of his story til the end. I loved his quirky flaws and his antics. His journalistic talent and his investigative skills are awesome. I found myself on the edge of my seat more than one time! I would laugh, I would cuss,I would find myself wanting to whack Mack upside the head.

Through it all, this book kept me turning pages long into the night. I completely devoured this first addition to the Mack Macklin Mysteries. This author's superb talent combined with characters that leave an unforgettable mark on you, will leave you wanting the next book now! There's no "crying wolf" when I tell you, I can't wait to see where Mack goes next and take the next "who dun it" ride with him!
