Candlewax was a fantastic book to read, full of action and keeping you guessing the whole way through, will Princess Catherine manage to fulfil her prophecy or will she die in the process?

The description of the whole world of Cinna was remarkable how the Candlewax trees burned, the castles and buildings, everything was so well described even to the point of the colours of the Kingdoms.

I could imagine the deep valleys the snow falling and the streams with fish in it, it was amazing!

I really did enjoy this book completely, It wasn’t just another Y/A Fantasy book it was so much more and completely different from so many I have read.

I was thoroughly gripped.
