This issue ‘clicked’ more for me that the first issue of the series, and I’m happy for it. I’m starting to see more of the world and what’s happening in it, as well as just how affected all of our characters truly are.
The revelation about what’s happening to Matt Murdock (trying to be vague for sake of spoilers) was actually pretty heartbreaking. I know that having gut punches is ninety percent of Daredevil’s story some days, so I really shouldn’t have been surprised by that, but still.
Electra and Castle were perfect in this issue. I really couldn’t have asked for more there. And honestly, while I am not a fan of Electra (sorry), I have to admit that her argument was compelling and I wholeheartedly agree with her choice.
