Leif is a tormented drummer who is trying to stay out of the limelight and move on from his sordid past. Mia is trying to pick up her life after witnessing a horrible incident. Neither Leif nor Mia is looking for love but there is no denying their pull to each other.

This is my first book by A.L. Jackson and it has intrigued me to read more of her books. Leif is a troubled but loyal hero and Mia is a fierce and protective mother. I had a little trouble feeling the connection between the main characters but the family connection in the story makes me want to continue the series. Another great job by both Andi Arndt and Zachary Weber narrating this story.

Kiss the Stars is a single parent, rockstar romance and the beginning of the Falling Stars series.
