This is a story that hit close to home, as Sydney and I were in the exact same predicament our senior year of college and had a similar experience with the fathers. Therefore, I really connected to this story. That said, I loved a lot of other things about this story. For the first third of the book, you go back and forth between Sydney and her daughter, Grace's, perspectives, at different points in time. This leads up to "who's the daddy?". I will admit, I was able to figure it out before the reveal (maybe a few pages before), but I loved the suspense of trying to guess. Then, we had to find out "who's the new daddy?" Who did Sydney marry? I loved the way the story unfolded, I loved the characters, I loved watching relationships be built up and fortified. This was a love story, but also a story of strength, courage, choices, family and growth.
