I don't agree with the hype around this book because it was good but not THAT good, I had so much fun reading it though, Monty is a funny character, I was laughing out loud with every one of his silly comments xD. I loved Percy too! And I wanted to hit Monty everytime he didn't understand Percy situation and feelings. Felicity is also a great character, she is a girl who doesn't want to be what society expects of her, she loves science and wants to be a doctor but her fathers is sending her to a finishing school. I loved when she tells Monty that she uses covers of romance novels to hide that she is actually reading science text books xDDD.
Anyway, despite the fact it was a bit predictable, I still had some surprises, I definitely didn't expected it to have pirates or that the nice Grand Tour Monty and his friends were expecting turned out in a mainly dangerous adventure.
