Cohen is the co-owner of the Twisted Fox who is trying to run the bar and be a single father to his son after his ex left him just after Noah was born. Cohen is still bitter about the way things transpired with his ex that when Noah ends up in the ER and Jamie, his ex's sister, is the one attending to his son he is not happy, to say the least. Jamie has been trying to get Cohen to allow her to see her nephew and when they end up in the ER she sees this as her opportunity to try and get Cohen to allow her into her nephew's life. Noah falls in love with Jamie even though Cohen attempts to push her away which has Cohen not wanting to break his son's heart.
Stirred is the beginning of the Twisted Fox series and is a single dad, forbidden romance. The characters, other than Heather who I could not stand, are very likeable and this was a good start to the series.
