I kinda loved it, even if it's all over now (SOB!) This book is full of action, sadness, hope, panic, woe, name it, I felt it.

In this book we get a lot of answers and lot more information about our Syrenka world, but what won my heart were the people. Eviana's circle of important people has changed, some new people have become important, others were lost and some were found to never really belong, but all of this contributed to Evi's growth and strength that is necessary for her to restore order to the mer-world. And now for the most important stuff -- Eviana's romantic entanglements. I was happy that they were all resolved. I was very happy with Eviana's HEA, it was what I wanted since book 1. I am none too pleased with the way AGarr decided to dismiss the other eligible bachelors, but I bet many people would find it satisfying.

I was especially pleased with the epilog. The epilog gave me what I wanted -- a little time jump and information which helps tie up or at least let us know, how all the major players lives have worked out. This is important to me in the final book. I have grown to love so many of these characters and their world and I will miss them.
