The Three Sisters themselves were fascinating, and affected both Finley and Eloise. I gobbled up any tidbits that were offered about them. It was interesting to see Eloise piece things together about a woman dressed in black stomping about her hallways. Another case involving a girl who drowned was interesting as well. There are time gaps between books, but we see tremendous growth in the character and see hints of the timeline she shares with detective, Jones Cooper.
While The Three Sisters and the Whispers trilogy left me wishing, they were fully developed books I did find a new author and I am super curious to know if the Burning Girl appears in the series that inspired this trilogy. I will be adding more to my pile.
