Maybe Not by Colleen Hoover

Maybe Not (Maybe Someday, #1.5)

by Colleen Hoover

Colleen Hoover, the #1 Sunday Times bestselling author of It Ends with Us and It Starts with Us brilliantly brings to life the story of the hilarious and charismatic Warren in this novella.
When Warren has the opportunity to live with a female roommate, he instantly agrees. It could be an exciting change.

Or maybe not.

Especially when that roommate is the cold and seemingly calculating Bridgette. Tensions run high and tempers flare as the two can hardly stand to be in the same room together. But Warren has a theory about Bridgette: anyone who can hate with that much passion should also have the capability to love with that much passion. And he wants to be the one to test this theory.

Will Bridgette find it in herself to warm her heart to Warren and finally learn to love?

Maybe.

Maybe not.

This book.... So amazing!

This is the story of Warren and Bridgette and it's really, really amazing. I even liked this one better than I liked [b:Maybe Someday|17788403|Maybe Someday (Maybe, #1)|Colleen Hoover|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1383851073s/17788403.jpg|24878180], which is saying something.

The pranks betweem the characters in this book made me laugh out loud several times. That's what makes this book so much fun, and it's a big part of the chemistry between all of them.
Apart from that, I really liked the "wrongness" of the relationship between Warren and Bridgette. I mean... It's wrong on so many levels, yet it couldn't have been any other way.

The storyline was very predictable, but that was kind of the whole point with this novella. It had a lot of sex though. It didn't bother me one bit, but I wasn't really prepared. It's not something you normally find in the new adult books that I read - not to this extend, that is. It fitted the story though, and it only felt natural.

A really, really great story!
