Teacher I Want to Date

Teacher I Want to Date is an opposites attract/enemies to lovers story which is told from the first-person point of view. I was provided with an arc for my honest review.

Mason is a completely organized person, right down to his life plan that is until his life starts a whirlwind of changes. Struggling to deal with the fact his niece is growing up causes him to make some bad decisions. Gabby, Sarah's teacher, tries to help Mason realize that he needs to give her some space. Mason falls for Gabby but trying to get her to move past her past may prove a challenge.

Teacher I Want to Date is my first novel by Mia Kayla and I was not overly impressed. I found it hard to connect with either of the main characters and Mason's anal tendencies drove me nuts to the point I almost did not finish this novel. I may try another Mia Kayla novel later if time permits.
