I loved this story. Not only do all of the kids have their own voices, but skills and quality as was well and the parents are so involved! (Is this normal for middle grade?) I really want to read more books like this now, if you know of any please let me know.
The Vanderbeekers have to move right after Christmas and the kids are not happy about it and want to try and convince the cranky landlord to let them renew the lease. With lots of ideas and some plans going wrong the children have a tough job to do. But they just might be able to make it happen with some help of the upstairs neighbors and some kindness.
