This book was an easy read that had multiple twists to keep the reader interested. Daphne and Audrey are twins with two very different personalities. Daphne is the adventurous "bad twin" while Audrey is the buttoned down "good twin". Audrey agrees to put her life on hold to rescue her twin---again. There childhood friend and Audrey's secret crush, Cade, agrees to meet them at his cabin to allow them to spend quality time together while Daphne recovers. When they arrive Audrey interrupts one of Cade's friends, Reese, and his amorous playmate. The story only picks up steam from here. I was intrigued by the storyline because I wanted to see how Audrey could be persuaded to bed someone other than her crush. The chemistry between Audrey and Reese is what made it believable that Audrey would agree to Reese's escapades. It was one of those stories where the characters don't like each other but the attraction is so strong that they can't stay apart. While this is happening Cade is helping Daphne and their relationship will force Audrey to come to terms with her feelings for both men. And force Daphne to face her demons and make a lifechanging decision. Throughout the book the sizzling hot erotic love scenes between Audrey and Reese kept the romance element alive and kicking. The character development was excellent. Each main character was easy to identify with and love. I loved Daphne and rooted for her to emerge from her crisis. As the "fixer" of my family I empathized with Audrey. I cried when she finally had to force Daphne's hand to make her choose life. And even in the midst of everything falling down around her Audrey felt the need to be strong. Reese became her soft place to land. He was the person that allowed her to fall apart, and he was the glue that held her together. I just fell in love with him. I experienced an array of emotions with this book. It was an awesome quick read that touched my heart and stirred my spirit. Buckle up and take the ride you'll enjoy every peak, valley, twist, and turn.
