I suppose my love from this book comes from the fact that I tend to be fascinated with religious based lore, and I love when authors choose to take something and put a different spin on it. Anne Rice's style was wonderfully used in this book as Lucifer or Memnoch told his side of the story and allowed Lestat a glimpse.
