Barbie Mystery #3

Barbie is a reporter in this series and in the midst of her assigned jobs, finds a mystery.

In this one, Barbie is reporting on a Battle of the Bands contest. While there, she finds one of the bands is being sabotaged and puts on her investigating cap to find out who is causing trouble. This one was a bit all over the place compared to the first one - The Haunted Mansion Mystery. The first one had more detail (even though not enough for my age), whereas this one was just a straight mystery there was no real wider mystery.

It's a short sweet easy mystery for young readers. Highly recommended for young girls. Similar style to the Babysitter's Club Mysteries. Or Emily Rodda's Teen Power Inc. My rating 2 stars. Target audience 3 stars.
