Brilliant, accessible, thrilling fantasy story. It was engaging without the dry overblown descriptiveness that I'm not a fan of in fantasy, featuring well-drawn and lovable characters. I would highly recommend Thornfruit to anyone who is looking for fresh, lovingly queer, speculative fiction.
