Tells the story of Kendra, a witch, and the first three-hundred years of her life, including takes on a classic fairy tale, the 1666 plague in Britain, the Titanic disaster, and the story of a modern-day, plain stepsister.
I read this just because it's a fairy tale retelling. My main problem with the book is that the author seems confused regarding the story that she wanted to tell. There are chapters that I'm reading about Kendra's story... Then, another chapter would be about the Little Mermaid. And then, another chapter would be about the evil Cinderella and her nerdy stepsister. Haahah. I appreciate, however, the author's initiative to make Cinderella evil in this book.
