This picture book is about a science-loving boy named Billy who is eager to meet his new teacher. A situation starts a conversation between the two. Billy is creative and inventive and full of imagination while his teacher is stern and full of hope-bubble-popping. In the end they meet in a good place. With plenty to learn by and from all.
