I enjoyed this book. It brings some new ideas to the shifter myths that I found cool. But, it keeps my favorite myth about shifters: the fated mate! I am such a sucker for true love. The book is very action packed as well which was great. Its not JUST focused on finding their mate. Its a pretty dynamic book with lots of important supporting characters. This book also has some GREAT bad guys. I really love a well written evil antagonist. Sometimes authors try to soften the bad guy a little and I love that LP didn't do that. Her bad guys are pure evil! I am looking forward to continuing the series.
