This was another re-read for the week, I've been in the mood for contemporary romances and thought I'd give this series another go.  Unfortunately, while I rated this higher on the first read, I didn't enjoy it as much the second time around.

I quite liked that the characters were multi-dimensional, and the relationship between Neil and Sophie is a much better representation of a dom/sub relationship than certain other well-known books (*cough* Fifty Shades *cough*), with the sex scenes far less bizarre!  What I didn't enjoy was the predictability of the plot, the pacing and the ending, which was far too abrupt.
