As a standalone issue, or event a break between major plots, this issue probably would have been fine. However, since it's actually the last issue in the series (unplanned, but still), it's not the best note to go out on. Though maybe that's my bitterness about the cancellation showing. Frankly, Harley deserved better, including having the threads of all her subplots actually wrapped up.
