I’ve been a fan of the series since the beginning and I’ll never refuse to read any book in this series. Even though it’s been a while since I visited this series, so it was time for a re-read and I just re-fell in love with it all over!

Even though this can be read as a standalone, I highly recommend starting from the very beginning of Sebastian and Talia’s story!

Mannnnn, there is never a boring or idle moment when it comes to Sebastian and Talia. If you read this far into the series, you know that they have both overcome so many battles to get where they are today. AND, “the good times” just keep on coming for them … not all are good because they don’t live a normal life. There is always someone after them, which adds another element to each of these books.

Reddest Black picks up from the previous book (Black Platinum, which is why it’s crucial to read the other books in their story) and Talia is expecting! What should be the happiest time of their lives, there’s someone dooming down on their doorstep trying to mess things up for them. I tell ya, why can’t people just leave Talia alone?! Sebastian, you have a hot commodity of a wife, you’re very lucky!

What I’ve done with every book is play a little game of Guess Who is after Talia and all I have to say is that my suspicions were right about this one … from the very beginning and no I’m not talking about the beginning of this book.

Besides their intense and passionate love for each other, they have the most amazing group of family surrounding them. The supporting characters in this series are seriously the best and you’ll really just them all to have their own books … like Den! Or maybe Elijah!

With every book, I’ve immensely enjoyed their personal growths and just dealing with their pasts. They’ve worked their through it all and together they’ve become stronger in the end. As protective and alpha Sebastian is, I appreciate it SO MUCH that he’s not an overbearing ass with Talia! She has proven time and time again that she can take care of herself especially when the moment calls for it.

This is a series that I never want to see end and I’ll always love reading about Sebastian and Talia!
