The history in the story was very interesting, but the pace was very slow in this book.
I had a hard time getting into the book. I did enjoy the back section of the book where Josi
gave her own interpretation of events and how it had affected the main characters
lives. You can tell that many hours of research were put into the writing of this story.
When you realize the book is about real people, you wish that they'd gotten together
sooner and could have been happier sooner. The actual writing was amazing as ever
for this author.
