Damn. It's rare these days that I am interested enough in a book to make the time to read it straight through. I did exactly that here. I started it on my lunch break, and when I got home from work - I finished it. I think I liked this one - the sophomore title in the series - even better than the first one. That is a rare thing, as all too often, the second title in a series/trilogy seems to suffer.

There was definitely more character development here, which I loved. Some new characters, as well as a few old ones, make appearances. The pacing was awesome - frankly, once I started, I didn't want to stop. I'm super excited now about book three...is it ready yet? ;)
