by Julie Kagawa

Waking after a month on the brink of death, Ethan Chase is stunned to learn that the Veil that conceals the fey from human sight was temporarily torn away. Although humankind's glimpse of the world of Faery lasted just a brief moment, the human world has been cast into chaos, and the emotion and glamour produced by fear and wonder has renewed the tremendous power of the Forgotten Queen. Now, she is at the forefront of an uprising against the courts of Summer and Wintera reckoning that will have cataclysmic effects on the Nevernever.

I purchased this book when I was at YALLFest in November, and I discussed my reticence to read this last book with the awesome Julie Kagawa herself. Well, I finally read the last book, and I was quite pleased with the ever after Kagawa gave to all my Iron Fey friends.

There was lots of action and adventure, and was a really quick read. The swoon factor was quite high too. I just love Ethan and Kenzie together. But, the thing that affected me the most, was this beautiful overarching theme of family, that kept popping up all over this book. You just felt the love all over. I had a bunch of feels.

Thanks for the adventures Julie Kagawa. =)
