I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy from the Author. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.Angel's Serenade by Linda Weaver Clarke is the second fantastic book that I have read from Ms. Clarke's series. In this installment, we have a piano teacher taking care of her nephew and niece while she is interested in the new doctor.
Can the doctor and pianist fall in love?
Lucas Golden
Lucas Golden is the new doctor in town. He is there to help his uncle with his practice while starting a new life for himself. Right after he comes to town, all the ladies in town started to present their daughters to him and show him what they can do. Lucas is a good person and is falling for the pianist and her niece and nephew. He can get Sam, Emmeline's nephew, to do things that Emmeline can't do. Like his homework and chopping wood. I like this character a lot.
Emmeline Scott
Emmeline Scott is another big-hearted person and is there to raise her niece and nephew. She has to support them, so she teaches piano after school for kids, and she loves it. Emmeline is a pretty interesting character in that she is very complex in what she can do. Each time that she reveals another part of her, it makes Lucas fall for her more.

I think that I would be friends for Emmeline. She is a great person that tries to do what is best for their community, especially with this one young family that is in a bad part of the town.
Five Stars
Angel's Serenade by Linda Weaver Clarke is another fabulously written novel by this author. I love the historical romance and with a touch of mystery added to it. It's very entertaining, and I loved it a lot. I am giving Angel's Serenade by Linda Weaver Clarke a five-star rating and recommending it to anyone that likes historical romances.
