by Julie Kagawa

Summer faery princess, half human, Meghan is deserted by the Winter prince she thought loved her, becomes a prisoner of the Winter faery queen, and loses her own fey powers. As war looms between Summer and Winter, Meghan knows that the real danger comes from the Iron fey--ironbound faeries that only she and her absent prince have seen. But no one believes her--and trusting a seeming traitor could be deadly.

this series is just awesome it sucks you right in from the very beginning, and keeps a hold of you till the very end, wanting and begging for more. this book was tormenting with some happy parts and some sad, some sad enough to make you wanna cry, it did me. Now all I gotta get is iron queen read that wait for the short story after that, and then wait for iron knight I hope this series will last for a while
