Christmas in Venice

This review was originally posted on Star Crossed Reviews This is a short story about Olivia. Olivia is due to start a new job in Venice in the new year but instead of spending Christmas alone she decides to take the trip early.

But when she is arrested in the airport she thinks it’s all over.

This was a lovely little story but unfortunately unlike the title suggest we do not spend any time in Venice. The whole book was set in the airport. I was disappointed by this as I adore Venice and I was looking forward to reliving this city.

The writing in this book is excellent and I can’t wait to read the follow-up Midnight in Venice.
