Boy what exuberance was found in my five and three year old daughters as we opened our review box today and discovered five new Paddington titles. We're about 80% completed through [b:A Bear Called Paddington|20530951|A Bear Called Paddington|Michael Bond|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1393012058s/20530951.jpg|1544060] and excited to start [b:More about Paddington|22138406|More about Paddington|Michael Bond|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1404476220s/22138406.jpg|1165345] soon. We're also not movie-goer people, but I'm fairly certain we'll go to see the Paddington movie when it releases in January as Paddington has become quite the staple read in our evenings.

'Paddington's World' is a neat little interactive 8x8" paperback book inclusive of a word search, multiple choice postcard activity and sentence writing for scrapbooks. While a child could write in the book, we did it orally (with the five year old) and she loved it. There is also a follow the line activity, but that one confused me, because it says the answer is one thing, but no matter how many times we try we get a different answer. (Typo perhaps??)

In addition to all the activity within these pages there is also a bit of a story to be told about what the movie will tell, and even more of this story is told in the other movie tie-in 8x8" paperback of 'Paddington in London'.
