This new collection of six clean, romance novellas are all based on a Mail Order Bride set in the unsettled American West. I've always loved reading books set in this time period. Many of the stories had a similar plot of a woman accepting an offer of marriage to someone she didn't know and becoming a bride to a stranger. Several of them had the woman planning on marrying one brother and ending up with the other brother. These novellas will be enjoyed the most by reading them at separate times, then you can more fully enjoy the uniqueness of each individual story.

The stories I enjoyed the most were Wanted Midwife Bride, The Sound of Home and The Inconvenient Bride. I felt like these stories had the characters I ended up caring the most about and the stories that drew me in from the start. I did truly love how all of the "brides" in the stories were strong, smart and brave. I liked how they took chances and were willing to make sacrifices for others and ended up being happy. As always, several of these stories could have been a full blown novel that I would have thoroughly enjoyed reading.

As I've said before about these anthologies, they are perfect to have when you only have short spans in your day to read. You can pick it up, read one and feel fully satisfied. If you like a Wild West setting with some rough, but tender men, and women that don't faint or simper, then you will love reading the Mail Order Bride Collection.
